Kilic Construction Group was founded in 2022 by Yasin Kilic under the name YK Northern Construction. The company initially began its operations with a residential project for The First Development Group.
Following this, it continued its activities with the construction of the Agro Bank Headquarters, establishing a strong reputation in the industry.
By the end of 2022, the company undertook construction work for the management floors of the Hyper Partners firm.

During this period, the company undertook the electrical and mechanical works of two blocks within the Istanbul City Project. It is also continuing work on the Swissotel Project, where it is responsible for delivering the full scope of electrical, mechanical, and construction services as a turnkey solution.
